Payment is typically sent within 24 hours of confirmation. Once sent, payment should arrive in your bank immediately.

We operate our own grading criteria, so we'll need to receive your parts before we can say for sure which grade they are. You can check our grading criteria to get a good idea of value before sending your stock in.

You will need to send at least 50 parts to qualify for free collection. If you have less, you can still send in your parts at your own cost.

We cannot accept old or faulty batteries under any circumstances, do not include in your delivery or we will be unable to purchase from you in future. It's possible we may be able to purchase other parts aside from batteries, please reach out and let us know what you have.

Yes, if you are unhappy with your report we can return any items you want sent back. But we are confident you'll be happy with your results, we test every unit carefully and work hard to provide the best possible value for your stock.
