We aim to have all jobs containing 1–100 screens completed within 7 working days.
There is no minimum, but you will need to send at least 10 screens to qualify for a free collection.
Yes, it's useful if you have an idea of the condition before sending your screens in, but we'll always test every unit before we start working on them. If we find a fault we can likely buy the screen from you at the salvage price — we'll let you know, and you can decide if you'd like the stock returned.
Absolutely. Our replacement glass is the best quality available. We are constantly checking our glass to ensure the quality stays consistent. The oleophobic coating and frame fitted alongside the glass are also excellent quality.
In the rare case that your screen is damaged during refurbishment, we'll either provide an identical replacement or pay you the salvage value.
